Thanks for doing such an amazing job on our shower. You can imagine my dismay when I realised my shower was leaking so close to Christmas. Barry and his team were so helpful and were able to accommodate us urgently prior to Christmas. They were completely professional, even removing their shoes when walking through the house. They were quick, efficient and the difference in my showers was immense. We really appreciated the pride that they took in completing the job properly and neatly. I highly recommend Elite Shower Repairs. There was no “I’ll be there sometime between 9 and 2,” Barry and Simon the tiler organised a specific times, worked around my schedule, and showed up when they said they were going to.  They were both efficient, detailed, professional, friendly, and told me exactly what they would be doing each day (my shower was not a simple one).  Best of all though, they did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to find me tiles that matched the rest of my bathroom floor.  Now my shower doesn’t leak, and the water flows into the drain instead of pooling in the corner like it used to.  Thank you for saving my shower!!

Simon did a terrific job. He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed. He turned up when he said he would and if there were unforseen delays,  he let me know in a timely manner.  I have recommended your service to a Real Estate agency, my neighbour and another  friend.  Barry’s advice was spot on – the tiles on the floor are great and the wall tiles almost match the others. We have a really old bathroom and after the service was carried out I was so impressed, it was like a new shower again. Barry was on time and very polite. I felt very comfortable with leaving him in the house while I went to work. The whole experience with Elite Shower Repairs was nothing but positive.

My Bathroom and Balcony were just recently sealed. Not only were the jobs done and completed to perfection. Both areas were left clean and tidy. Barry respected my home. (taking shoes off on carpet) Barry also did extra bits like unblocking a pipe that he noticed was blocked to assist with water retention.
It’s not often you find good trustworthy tradesman – who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. I was also able to leave him in my home while I took my kids to Sport. I would highly recommend Elite Shower Repairs.

Outstanding Service So pleased with the service provided to our shower. While we had a few other companies inspect, we chose Elite Shower Repairs as from the 1st phone call to the job being quoted, Staff was friendly and unlike others, I was asked many questions to ensure we saved money and didn’t get quoted for things that didn’t need doing. We were over the moon with the prompt efficient service. Once job was completed the bathroom was left spotless and shower looks new again. Thank you Elite.
