Elite Shower Repairs is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction – we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We are focused on quality, honesty and affordability. We only employ technicians who are experts in their field.

75% of our quotes are done over the phone. We will ask you some questions that will give us a better understanding of the service you require.
If we turn up on the day and can’t fix your shower for whatever reason, we will provide you with a no bligation free quote. Our quotes a free so there will never be a charge for this service.

As we have fixed prices there are no hidden costs. Our quotes will have additional charges if you wish to upgrade the service. Should we need to do extra work we will always seek your approval before any work commences.

The Standard service will take approx 1-2 hours.
The Rejuvenation service will take approx 2-3 hours.

To ensure shower is dry for our service, We recommend to have your last shower by 9pm the night before.
To ensure the best results we also advise that you:
Dry the area with a towel or rag after the last shower
Give the shower a light clean
Remove all your shampoos and cleaning products etc.

Shower must not be used within 24 hours of the service being completed.
If your walls are regrouted you may find a white powder residue on the tiles, After the 24 hours wipe down the area with a dry or wet cloth.

There will be minimal noise and mess. We carry a vacuum so we clean up any mess before leaving. Disruption is very minimal.

Sorry, but we don’t do shower screen repairs or replacements.

We recommend customers source there own tiles as we only supply white or beige.

Sealants which contain mould inhibitors, will block the formation of the mould, but will be consumed by this process. This means that the amount of fungicide in the cured sealant is decreasing over time and that after some time, when the total amount of free fungicide is depleted, mould may form on the surface of the sealant again.
Products containing mould inhibitors will therefore remain mould-free for a longer time than a sealant surface not containing this fungicide, but after a period of time (depending on the environment in which the product is applied) formation of some mould will appear on a sanitary sealant surface as well.

Mould growth is the result of a number of environmental conditions:
*High moisture content and bad air circulation in bathrooms and kitchens
*Organic waste materials on the sealant surface (soaps, body gel, kitchen rests, etc)
*Warm temperatures

We accept cash, cheques, credit cards, amex (credit cards have a surcharge) or direct deposit. Jobs are payable on completion of the job.

Our warranty does not cover your shower going mouldy or sealants/grout discolouring over time.
We do not cover against major building movement.
We do not cover any plumbing issues over the 25 year period.

He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed.
