OUR REPAIR PROCESS

I had a look at the finished job today and it looks great. He has really made an effort to blend things in with the rest of the bathroom.
He was very helpful with his follow up on questions and queries and sending me images of tile etc
I have to say I have been very impressed with the service you guys provide…your speedy attention to detail, organisation and of course the job itself.
You are very prompt and efficient in your replies either by email or phone

Definitely recommend Barry Thompson a great worker. After 7 years of my parents verandah leaking they changed the face of their house from blue to white due to the concrete staining. I asked Barry to come around and look at it, it was fixed within a few hours my parents are extremely happy

My Bathroom and Balcony were just recently sealed. Not only were the jobs done and completed to perfection. Both areas were left clean and tidy. Barry respected my home. (taking shoes off on carpet) Barry also did extra bits like unblocking a pipe that he noticed was blocked to assist with water retention.
It’s not often you find good trustworthy tradesman – who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. I was also able to leave him in my home while I took my kids to Sport. I would highly recommend Elite Shower Repairs.

Simon did a terrific job. He was very professional and didn’t cut corners – e.g. it would have been easy to tile over waterproofing despite pinholes and save himself a Saturday but he did the right thing and reproofed. He turned up when he said he would and if there were unforseen delays,  he let me know in a timely manner.  I have recommended your service to a Real Estate agency, my neighbour and another  friend.  Barry’s advice was spot on – the tiles on the floor are great and the wall tiles almost match the others.
